Returns

If you as a customer are not 100 % satisfied with any of our products, you may return the item(s) within 30 days after you receive your order for a full refund of the purchase price.

If the item is defective, you may return it at anytime for a full refund or the purchase price or exchange it for a non-defective item.

Refunds & Fees

We will refund your money in the same way that you originally paid for the order.

We will process all refunds within one week of receiving the returned item(s) from you.

We will not charge you any restocking fees.

Shipping Costs

In any case where we the seller were at error, we will pay for all standard shipping costs.

If you have “Buyer’s Remorse” (you decided you just don’t want an item after all), then you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
